Across Europe we have successfully installed many M6000 & M8000 industrial tube Pumps into printing press industries

Tube pumps for customers such as SCA Packaging, Saica; and Smurfit Kappa replacing the traditional solution of Air Diaphragm pumps. The tube pumps are used to load a printing press’s printing head with ink & to recirculate the unused ink, using an inverter to reverse flow.

Customer Benefits
Using AODD pumps 3 litres of ink were lost per cleaning cycle. Using tube pumps reduced this to 0.6 litres, an 80% improvement.
There are typically 40,000 ink changes annually generating ink savings of €90,000 p.a. Additionally, tube pumps eliminate any compressed air requirements, generating additional operational cost savings, whilst they have much reduced operating noise improving the work environment.

An unexpected further benefit is the reduced quantity of waste ink flowing into the effluent treatment plant, generating further savings.
